About the role

  • Conduct trainings fully aligned with our Early Years collections for partner-school teachers, for presentations to prospective schools indicated by the Commercial Directorate, and for the team of pedagogical experience consultants, always on demand and at the request of Customer Experience management. The focus of these trainings is to enable educators to deepen their knowledge of Bernoulli’s Educational Solutions in the respective segment;
  • Deliver pedagogical training sessions and lectures at partner schools to support the ongoing development of our Collection;
  • Produce materials that provide a deeper structural understanding of the Early Years Collection, working closely with the Printed Products and Digital Products directorates;
  • Propose improvements to the Educational Solutions for your segment based on observation and analysis of the educational publishing market;
  • Systematize, create and generate data related to the Collection to support trainings for partner schools, aiming to maximize the use of the Educational Solutions;
  • Analyze and validate responses to questions, criticisms and suggestions received by consultants from partner schools;
  • Analyze, evaluate and respond to various issues raised by partner schools;
  • Stay up to date on educational legislation, the Brazilian Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education (LDB), the National Textbook Program (PNLD), ENEM and the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC), providing support to consultants in relating regulations to the Collection;
  • Participate in pedagogical meetings, congresses and educational fairs;
  • Design, monitor and validate the structure of the programmatic content of instructional materials;
  • Curate all content and information related to the Collection in your segment across material production, e-books, learning paths, product catalog, Pedagogical (In)Formation, and the content produced for social media, including “Contact Us” and web customer responses.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Belo Horizonte or the surrounding region.
  • Valid Category B driver’s license is essential, with availability for frequent travel and to drive on federal highways.
  • Degree in one of the four major knowledge areas, with specialization in topics related to active methodologies, assessment, competency-based curriculum, editorial production, or related fields; master’s degree is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of all regulations, updates and changes related to elementary education — Early Years.
  • Ability to deliver content trainings, develop e-books and learning paths, and to record videos, tutorials and podcasts; strong organizational skills and the ability to handle tasks requiring extensive reading and concentration.
  • Proficiency in constructing curricula matrices, defining contact hours and lesson planning, supporting school coordinators and teachers in the appropriate use of Bernoulli’s didactic collection.
  • Experience working with pedagogical proposals and preparing strategic pedagogical documents required for each segment.
