About the role
- Analyze and interpret employee journey data, transforming information into actionable insights to support decisions by the People Directorate and leadership.
- Build and maintain People Analytics dashboards and KPIs.
- Analyze data on turnover, absenteeism, engagement, performance, and the employee journey.
- Translate data into practical recommendations for People teams and managers.
- Support Compensation, Development and Talent Acquisition management in reading and using the indicators.
- Ensure consistency, quality and correct interpretation of the data presented.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or related fields.
- Knowledge of HR metrics and People Analytics.
- Power BI (or a similar tool).
- Advanced Excel.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistics.
- Analytical profile with strong interpretation and communication skills.
- Business acumen and ease in engaging with managers.
- Organized and disciplined in monitoring indicators.
- Experience applying data analysis to people-related areas or similar fields.
