About the role

  • Lead four-month OKR planning cycles
  • Support the facilitation of weekly progress check-ins
  • Structure and monitor the planning and budgeting of strategic projects
  • Train and develop Directorate Champions, who act as multipliers of the model in each area
  • Support the design and execution of the Annual Leadership Meeting, connecting strategy, culture and execution.

Requirements

  • Management systems and methodologies (PDCA, Six Sigma, Agile, Balanced Scorecard - BSC, GPD)
  • Goal cascading, implementation and monitoring of KPIs and performance dashboards
  • Quality statistical tools and process redesign
  • Project management
  • Excel and Power BI
  • Analytical reasoning, critical thinking, teamwork and flexibility.
