About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the team's tasks are completed within defined deadlines and SLAs
Prioritize and assign tasks across the team
Oversee daily operations, correct deviations, and ensure quality
Validate operational data in systems and spreadsheets; review reports
Monitor operational and financial KPIs, supporting results analysis
Develop the team through feedback and one-on-one coaching
Participate in meetings with clients and internal departments, tracking action plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Business Process Management, or a related field
Experience managing operations or processes
Experience leading teams
Experience monitoring KPIs and analyzing data
Familiarity with automation technologies and tools (including AI)
Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and Power BI
Experience with continuous improvement and process automation is a plus
Experience with operational financial management (revenue, costs, P&L) is a plus
