About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the operational focal point between the client, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Continuously monitor adherence, compliance, SLA, and quality indicators
  • Support suppliers in understanding rules, processes, and platform usage
  • Proactively identify risks, deviations, and operational bottlenecks
  • Create, lead, and track structured action plans
  • Ensure operational fluidity and SLA compliance
  • Produce analyses and technical reports to support client and CSM decision-making
  • Maintain the governance of third-party management
  • Convert recurring issues into structured process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and supplier management
  • Document audits focused on labor compliance and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
  • Labor legislation and compliance: standards, legal requirements, and regulatory obligations
  • Operational project management and action plan implementation
  • Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Labor Law
  • Intermediate Excel: controls, reporting, and analysis
  • Communication and networking
  • Active listening and empathy
  • Problem solving
  • Adaptability
