Third-Party Management Analyst – Quality Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure high levels of satisfaction, reduce churn, and promote engagement through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assess suppliers and clients for operational, legal, and regulatory risks; prepare technical opinions and propose mitigating actions.
- Conduct follow-up meetings, collect feedback, and tailor interactions to each client's needs.
- Monitor financial results, produce executive reports and insights to support decision-making.
- Develop support materials and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Law, Risk Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in risk management, compliance, auditing, or supplier/vendor management.
- Knowledge of ISO 31000, LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law), and document and contract analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, project management tools, and CRM systems.
