About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategically manage the customer journey (onboarding, ongoing operations, and renewals);
- Act as the customer's main point of contact, using a consultative, data-driven approach;
- Monitor account health metrics (Health Score, NPS, CSAT, and churn risk);
- Identify and lead action plans in situations of risk or client dissatisfaction;
- Translate data and metrics into clear value narratives for the client;
- Lead executive meetings and results presentations;
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer, delivering structured feedback to Product, Operations, and other teams;
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with delivered value;
- Lead renewal processes based on results and demonstrated impact;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Labor Law;
- Experience managing third-party risks and outsourced vendors;
- Experience in document audits for labor and Occupational Health & Safety compliance;
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and compliance;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
