About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategically manage the customer journey (onboarding, ongoing operations, and renewals);
  • Act as the customer's main point of contact, using a consultative, data-driven approach;
  • Monitor account health metrics (Health Score, NPS, CSAT, and churn risk);
  • Identify and lead action plans in situations of risk or client dissatisfaction;
  • Translate data and metrics into clear value narratives for the client;
  • Lead executive meetings and results presentations;
  • Serve as the Voice of the Customer, delivering structured feedback to Product, Operations, and other teams;
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with delivered value;
  • Lead renewal processes based on results and demonstrated impact;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Labor Law;
  • Experience managing third-party risks and outsourced vendors;
  • Experience in document audits for labor and Occupational Health & Safety compliance;
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and compliance;
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
