About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct admissions/onboarding, terminations, vacation and leave processes
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation
- Manage verification of electronic time records, supporting payroll processing
- Administer benefits such as transportation (VT), meal (VR), health plan and other statutory obligations
- Prepare reports and provisions (vacation and 13th salary — annual bonus)
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in department processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related fields
- Previous experience with Payroll
- Familiarity with HR/personnel systems
- Experience in HR/personnel, preferably in a BPO environment
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with digital HR tools
- Proactive engagement in improvement or process automation projects
