About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process high-volume hires, terminations, vacations and leaves
- Perform complete payroll closing in the LG system
- Process electronic time and attendance and generate files for bank integration
- Manage and administer benefits (commuter voucher - VT, meal voucher - VR, health plan) and legal obligations
- Prepare management reports such as vacation accruals and 13th salary provisions
- Drive continuous process improvement and support automation initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related fields
- Solid experience as a Payroll Analyst (Mid or Senior level)
- Mandatory experience in a BPO environment
- Proficiency in the LG system
- Knowledge of eSocial, DCTFWeb and FGTS Digital
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
