About the role

  • Conduct onboarding, offboarding, vacation and leave processes, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.
  • Manage and reconcile electronic timekeeping records, address inconsistencies and support payroll closing.
  • Support payroll processing by verifying payroll events, statutory charges and bank integrations.
  • Prepare reports and provisions (vacation accruals, 13th-month salary and related charges), providing information to support decision-making.
  • Handle submission and verification of statutory filings and ancillary obligations (eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb, among others).
  • Provide support to employees and managers for questions related to labor routines and payroll.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, driving efficiency, standardization and better organization of the department's processes.

Requirements

  • Experience with Personnel/Payroll routines (onboarding, terminations, vacations, payroll and benefits).
  • Experience working in environments serving multiple clients and across different collective bargaining agreements.
  • Experience in medium- or large-sized companies.
  • Solid knowledge of labor legislation and social charges.
  • Experience with payroll systems and electronic timekeeping solutions.
  • Experience with eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb and other statutory filings.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields.
