About the role
- Lead compliance audits including document reviews and field inspections
- Validate the effectiveness of programs and key documents
- Critically assess records of electrical installations, building conditions and environmental assessments
- Analyze cases of embargoes or interdictions and propose mitigating measures
- Prepare structured technical reports detailing compliances, nonconformities and recommendations
- Work on strategic infrastructure, civil construction and energy distribution projects
Requirements
- Technical or higher education in Occupational Safety (Safety Technician) or Safety Engineering
- Proven experience conducting audits based on Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs), with strong knowledge of NR-01, NR-07, NR-09 and NR-10
- Experience in power distribution companies, infrastructure or field technical services
- Knowledge of labor legislation and Ministry of Labor regulations
- Ability to prepare technical reports and perform critical analysis of evidence
- Full availability to travel
