About the role
- Lead, guide, and support the CSM team
- Conduct area rituals and ceremonies, ensuring alignment and organization
- Monitor metrics and adjust strategies to ensure results
- Develop the team through training and mentoring
- Intervene in critical customer situations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, People Management, Management Processes, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Prior experience in leadership and ensuring quality deliveries
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
- Experience managing metrics, OKRs/KRs, and performance rituals
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in Customer Success within SaaS environments is desirable
