About the role

  • Update and track performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in building visual dashboards.
  • Help create simple automations and leverage AI to optimize the team's manual routines.
  • Organize databases and document processes to ensure standardization across the area.
  • Provide operational support to Customer Success representatives, ensuring tools and workflows run smoothly.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills (comfortable with formulas and tables).
  • Ease with and curiosity about technology (AI, new software and systems).
  • Availability to intern 6 hours per day.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (such as Zapier or Make) or Power BI.
  • Basic understanding of the role of a Customer Success team.
  • **Digital Curiosity:** Enjoy testing new tools and finding easier ways to get things done.
  • **Organization:** Able to handle processes and data with attention to detail.
  • **Desire to Learn:** Proactive mindset to absorb knowledge about data and operations.
