About the role
- Act with focus on one or two dedicated clients, leading monthly strategic meetings
- Proactively manage client accounts by conducting regular meetings and proposing action plans
- Monitor metrics such as NPS, CSAT, retention rate and the financial results of projects
- Propose internal improvements and coordinate with suppliers to enhance the client experience
- Use tools such as HubSpot, Movidesk and GRT for data analysis and organization of service activities
- Record discussions and next steps, ensuring execution and continuity of plans
- Develop structured agendas and deliver training/webinars to upskill clients
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to account growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in Occupational Health and Safety
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
- Previous customer service experience (Junior, Mid or Senior level)
- Familiarity with tools such as CRM (HubSpot), Movidesk and/or GRT
- Ability to analyze data and produce management reports
- Excellent communication, active listening and a consultative approach
- Organized, strategic thinker with a collaborative profile
