About the role
- Monitor delinquency and support collection actions together with the finance team;
- Track pending measurements and ensure records are updated by the service team;
- Prepare and analyze management reports to support strategic decision-making;
- Support internal audits, ensuring compliance with processes and deadlines;
- Perform contract management routines (amendments, terminations, registration, maintenance, adjustments and deadlines).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields;
- Experience in financial and contract management;
- Proficiency in analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI) and ERP systems;
- Basic knowledge of contract law and audit practices (preferred);
- Familiarity with process automation (Python, RPA, Power Automate) (preferred).
