About the role
- Manage HR and personnel routines: onboarding, payroll, vacation administration, terminations, electronic timekeeping and benefits;
- Lead the operational team, ensuring quality, deadlines and legal compliance;
- Perform payroll reconciliation and closing, including social charges;
- Ensure accurate submission of statutory filings (eSocial, DCTFWeb, SEFIP, DIRF, RAIS, CAGED);
- Support audits and inspections in partnership with accounting and legal teams;
- Standardize and optimize processes, pursuing automation and operational efficiency;
- Monitor operational metrics and results (KPIs for closing, error rates and productivity);
- Stay up to date with changes in labor and social security legislation;
- Serve as the technical and consultative point of contact for managers and other departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related fields;
- Solid experience in Personnel/HR and managing operational routines;
- Strong knowledge of labor and social security legislation and statutory filings;
- Experience with payroll, social charges and verification of labor calculations;
- Familiarity with payroll systems (TOTVS, ADP, LG, Senior, Protheus or similar);
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
