About the role

  • Manage HR and personnel routines: onboarding, payroll, vacation administration, terminations, electronic timekeeping and benefits;
  • Lead the operational team, ensuring quality, deadlines and legal compliance;
  • Perform payroll reconciliation and closing, including social charges;
  • Ensure accurate submission of statutory filings (eSocial, DCTFWeb, SEFIP, DIRF, RAIS, CAGED);
  • Support audits and inspections in partnership with accounting and legal teams;
  • Standardize and optimize processes, pursuing automation and operational efficiency;
  • Monitor operational metrics and results (KPIs for closing, error rates and productivity);
  • Stay up to date with changes in labor and social security legislation;
  • Serve as the technical and consultative point of contact for managers and other departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Solid experience in Personnel/HR and managing operational routines;
  • Strong knowledge of labor and social security legislation and statutory filings;
  • Experience with payroll, social charges and verification of labor calculations;
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (TOTVS, ADP, LG, Senior, Protheus or similar);
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
