About the role
- Champion of project safety and implement Site-Specific Safety Plan
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of the Project Schedule
- Coordinate all site construction activities for successful execution of the project
- Ensure compliance with Site Quality Assurance Plan
- Manage scheduling and site inspections
- Track project progress and report on it
- Oversee daily project requirements and facilitate project meetings
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore), and scheduling software (Primavera)
- Team Player
- Organizational and planning skills
- Detailed oriented
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage complex situations
- Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects
