Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for standard engineering techniques to design, analyze, test, maintain, repair, or improve products, components, or assemblies.
  • Responsible for the evaluation and optimization of energy consumption for commercial buildings and applicable systems.
  • Frequently interact with clients, contractors, and engineers to fulfill the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.
  • Analyzes, develops and evaluates systems.
  • Improves and maintains current systems or creates brand new projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • 7+ Years of Experience in a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
  • Experience with energy savings projects.
  • Experience with life cycle cost analyses.
  • Experience in analyzing utility data.
  • At least 1 of the following: CEM, CMVP, CEP, CEA, EEP, or BEP certifications through the Association of Energy Engineers or equivalent.
  • Registered Professional Engineer.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft applications.
