About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for standard engineering techniques to design, analyze, test, maintain, repair, or improve products, components, or assemblies.
- Responsible for the evaluation and optimization of energy consumption for commercial buildings and applicable systems.
- Frequently interact with clients, contractors, and engineers to fulfill the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.
- Analyzes, develops and evaluates systems.
- Improves and maintains current systems or creates brand new projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 7+ Years of Experience in a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
- Experience with energy savings projects.
- Experience with life cycle cost analyses.
- Experience in analyzing utility data.
- At least 1 of the following: CEM, CMVP, CEP, CEA, EEP, or BEP certifications through the Association of Energy Engineers or equivalent.
- Registered Professional Engineer.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft applications.
