About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Works in collaboration with the Vice Presidents, IS Delivery to implement strategic goals.
Reports directly to the Senior Vice President, IS Delivery Region.
Enforces consistent company policies and procedures across all field operations.
Collaborates with executive leadership to align field operations with strategic vision.
Provides expertise to project teams in planning and resource allocation.
Champions a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Monitors safety performance metrics and leads initiatives to achieve zero-incident goals.
Reviews field operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and to client specifications.
Drives operational efficiency by implementing standardized processes and optimizing workflows.
Ensures seamless coordination between project managers and field teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related area.
Minimum 15 years' experience in managing large, complex commercial construction projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization.
Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution.
Strong mentoring, coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise.
Superior management skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.
Self-reliant, good problem-solver, results oriented.
Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
