About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day execution
Develop and implement execution plans to maximize business objectives
Manage Project Managers, General Superintendents, and Superintendents
Allocate, coordinate, and ensure quality assurance of drafting resources
Implement productivity improvements and assure project compliance
Maintain consistency in Project and Field Management processes
Champion safety and discipline safety violators
Initiate and hold Project Review meetings
Approve additional pricing quoted to customers
Resolve cost-related issues
Track and report on risk management
Assure customer satisfaction through project manager/superintendent team

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 8 years verifiable experience in heavy ($20M+) plumbing and HVAC commercial construction (Hotels, High Rise Office Buildings, Hospitals, etc.)
State plumbing license or 5+ verifiable years as an Operations Manager
Proven leadership and supervisory skills with responsibility of managing numerous superintendents and general superintendents with projects that are ongoing simultaneously.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
