About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administration of Billings, Reporting and Collections.
- Provides daily support to the Operations Team to ensure all requirements are achieved and documented in accordance with EaaS Agreement(s).
- CMMS Management, Tracking, Coordination, Reporting and Communication Internally and Externally.
- Scheduling, Dispatching, Communication and Reporting of all Preventive Maintenance & Repair Work Orders to appropriate internal and external personnel.
- Payroll Processing: ensure accurate employee time tracking, necessary documentation, and timely submission.
- Reporting: coordinate, develop and issue monthly & annual EaaS Agreement reports.
- Administers and Tracks Master Service Agreements, Purchase Orders, Subcontracts COIs and various other contracting types to assist Team with procurement and operational execution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years administrative experience
- Experience in MS office, including Word, Excel, & Outlook
- Strong time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Accounting, Bookkeeping, Clerical and Transactional Experience.
- Payroll processing experience preferred
