About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day execution of work of the assigned business unit
- Ensure safety is the number one priority in the business unit
- Develop and implement execution plans to maximize overall business objectives
- Manage the Services team to maintain and enforce the company's Core Values
- Communicate with Corporate Operations to identify, manage and share Best Practices and project resources
- Coordinate and confer with others to resolve operational problems and authorize plans of action
- Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal legal requirements
- Implement Productivity Improvements and assure project compliance and quality assurance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Preferably a bachelor's degree in engineering or business
- Minimum of 10 years of successful and verifiable experience
- Knowledge of the service business
- Experience in outside sales and new business development
- Ability to manage profit and losses and reporting on weekly and monthly projections
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking skills
