About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Scheduling and routing all service calls and maintaining meticulous records of incoming calls.
  • Inputting billing for Services and making collections calls.
  • Monitoring technician time tracking weekly.
  • Assisting in new hire onboarding process and processing IT hardware & permissions requests.
  • Coding and approving vendor invoices.
  • Opening and tracking purchase order requests.
  • Collection of associated documentation for processing customer and vendor system set-up.
  • Dispatching/routing multiple service technicians.
  • Verifying job completion and accuracy of technician notes.
  • Inbound/outbound phone calls.
  • Scheduling service repairs and routine maintenance visits.
  • Processing and issuing monthly maintenance invoices.
  • Making collection calls for past-due invoices weekly.
  • Providing outstanding customer service to customers.
  • Data entry and various administrative tasks.
