About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Management of all project team members (Project Administrator, Project Accountant, Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, and Superintendents)
Champion project safety and risk management for the company
Mentor and train Project Managers and Superintendents for career growth and development
Informs Vice President of employee development and of any performance issues
Build and maintain strong customer relations with general contractor, subcontractors, vendors and owner, to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 8-10 years of verifiable experience in LARGE ($20M+) commercial construction
4-year degree in Construction Management (or related field)
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar)
Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System
Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
