About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the successful delivery of critical Energy as a Service projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with performance targets.
- Oversee a high-performing project delivery organization.
- Champion the development and deployment of consistent project management standards and practices.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align project portfolio with enterprise strategy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of experience managing complex capital projects in sectors such as energy infrastructure, healthcare, higher education, industrial, and large-scale commercial construction.
- Successfully leads $50M+ projects across the full lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
- Experienced in managing subcontractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary partners.
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related technical field is required.
- Professional certifications such as P.E., PMP, LEED AP, CM-Lean, or equivalent are beneficial.
