About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee Service Project Managers and all aspects of the project
Manage project costs, field labor, subcontractors/vendors
Deliver a quality, safe, and on-time project, under budget
Champion project safety and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Provide key leadership and responsibility for planning and trades
Conduct and document operational project meetings with appropriate parties
Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor purchase orders
Perform project setup and job costing system
Conduct monthly reports and cost reviews
Build and maintain strong customer relations
Monitor status of Risk Management
Finalize O&M and start-up manuals
Conduct Owner Orientation as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

4 Year Degree in Construction Management or applicable fieldwork experience in Plumbing
Minimum 10+ year's verifiable Project Management experience working for a mechanical subcontractor in the areas of commercial HVAC and Plumbing
Must have verifiable experience in working on various projects at a time (University buildings, etc)
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
