About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the entire life cycle of a project from inception through closure.
  • Ensure the project is delivered safely in accordance with budgetary, schedule-driven, and quality parameters.
  • Conduct and document operational project meetings with appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor agreements in alignment with project estimates.
  • Manage the coordination of project's scope through the Building Information Management Department.
  • Conduct monthly project cost reviews, keeping all project team members informed.
  • Manage the project's Accounts Receivables and Payables for timely billings and payments.
  • Monitor status of Risk Management items including Notices to Proceed and contract agreements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design and/or project management, mechanical construction, or facilities management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of construction technologies, scheduling, equipment, materials and methods, and financial management.
  • Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
