About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the entire life cycle of a project from inception through closure.
Ensure the project is delivered safely in accordance with budgetary, schedule-driven, and quality parameters.
Conduct and document operational project meetings with appropriate parties in a timely manner.
Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor agreements in alignment with project estimates.
Manage the coordination of project's scope through the Building Information Management Department.
Conduct monthly project cost reviews, keeping all project team members informed.
Manage the project's Accounts Receivables and Payables for timely billings and payments.
Monitor status of Risk Management items including Notices to Proceed and contract agreements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design and/or project management, mechanical construction, or facilities management.
Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of construction technologies, scheduling, equipment, materials and methods, and financial management.
Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
