About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with the Asset Manager to review energy usage and strategies to implement best practices for the client account.
  • Ensure facilities operate efficiently by working with operators and subcontractors.
  • Maintain the Plant Operating Manual.
  • Assist Engineering, Procurement, and Construction team with coordination of ECM implementation with O&M team.
  • Review daily energy usage and provide guidance on best practices and modifications.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering)
  • Willingness to learn processes, personnel management skills, and best practices.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
  • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
