About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for working with the sales engineers in the assigned offices and provide mentoring and coaching
  • Working with regional and key customers to determine needs, develop solutions, estimate work and sell HVAC service agreements for commercial clients
  • Regular face-to-face interaction to review strategy to the market, presentations, sales pipelines, and estimate reviews
  • Sources and contacts potential regional clients weekly, document and report on findings accurately, thoroughly and timely
  • Updates the CRM regularly and ensure sales engineers are providing information accurately and timely
  • Monitors, reports out and meets sales plan goals for the areas assigned
  • Performs annual performance reviews for reporting sales engineers
  • Reviews quarterly bookings for assigned sales engineers for processing of commission bonuses
  • Develops and maintain an active pipeline that will support achieving the designed sales plan
  • Develops long-term relationships to create brand loyalty
  • Be a subject matter expert on the company's service offerings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be organized and self-motivated with the ability to source leads, make cold calls, and follow up calls
  • Professional manner and appearance
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
  • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
  • Bachelor degree in a technical or business discipline or a minimum of 10 years' experience with a proven track record in HVAC, Mechanical or related sales
  • Sales management experience
