About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for working with the sales engineers in the assigned offices and provide mentoring and coaching
- Working with regional and key customers to determine needs, develop solutions, estimate work and sell HVAC service agreements for commercial clients
- Regular face-to-face interaction to review strategy to the market, presentations, sales pipelines, and estimate reviews
- Sources and contacts potential regional clients weekly, document and report on findings accurately, thoroughly and timely
- Updates the CRM regularly and ensure sales engineers are providing information accurately and timely
- Monitors, reports out and meets sales plan goals for the areas assigned
- Performs annual performance reviews for reporting sales engineers
- Reviews quarterly bookings for assigned sales engineers for processing of commission bonuses
- Develops and maintain an active pipeline that will support achieving the designed sales plan
- Develops long-term relationships to create brand loyalty
- Be a subject matter expert on the company's service offerings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be organized and self-motivated with the ability to source leads, make cold calls, and follow up calls
- Professional manner and appearance
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
- Bachelor degree in a technical or business discipline or a minimum of 10 years' experience with a proven track record in HVAC, Mechanical or related sales
- Sales management experience
