About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for providing leadership and direction to Service Business Unit Managers
Oversee the strategic growth within Service group for the given geographic region
Develop and implement an execution plan to maximize overall business objectives
Manage the Service team and enforce the Company Core Values
Allocate resources as needed to ensure business unit and project team commitments to customers are met
Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal legal requirements
Evaluate performance of each office relative to customer satisfaction and provide leadership for performance enhancement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10 years successful and verifiable experience
Must have experience in managing at least $15-20MM in Service business
Must have knowledge of MEP systems
Ability to manage profit and losses and reporting on quarterly and monthly projections
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
