About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide complete project field leadership and direction for day-to-day operations of the assigned project(s)
Ensure project success by fully coordinating all vendors and Subcontractors to install their scopes of work in accordance with the Contract Documents and Project Schedule
Champion of project safety and maintain a safe work environment
Responsible for creation, maintenance, and accurate reporting of the Project Schedule
Coordinate all site construction activities for the project
Manage scheduling of site inspections
Ensure coordination of installation between trades and driving trade partner progress
Monitor and author Daily Reports for accuracy and compliance with Contracts and the Project Schedule
Manage implementation of the Project Quality Assurance plan
Promote and maintain the company culture by representing the team and company to all stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction
Proven leadership and supervisory skills
Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore), and scheduling software (Primavera)
Team Player
Organizational and planning skills
Detailed oriented
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Effective multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary
Can manage complex situations that may include ambiguity and conflict resolution
Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary
