Completing account reconciliations and resolving identified discrepancies
Developing and preparing presentations to communicate key financial information
Participating in the preparation of financial statements and reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
2+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or financial analysis
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically modeling expertise in Excel and strong PowerPoint presentation experience
Proficient in accounting software
Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations
Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Effective written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative team player
Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Ability to work independently and rely on experience and judgement to accomplish goals
