About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Make Safety the number one priority in the business unit.
Develop and implement execution plan to maximize overall business objectives, and ensure maximum profitability.
Manage the Services team to maintain, embrace and enforce the company's Core Values and to lead by example.
Communicate with Corporate Operations to identify, manage and share overall Best Practices and project resources.
Hiring and disciplinary duties.
Meet or exceed growth goals.
Manage Key Performance Indicators (safety, financial expectations, accurate forecasting, AR management, personnel development, sales team performance).
Providing key leadership direction for operations within the business unit to ensure a cohesive team.
Evaluate local performance, for customer satisfaction and provide leadership for performance enhancement and proactive resolution of issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Preferably a bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
Must have knowledge of the service business and a minimum of 10 years of successful and verifiable experience.
Must have experience in outside sales and new business development.
Ability to manage profit and losses as well as reporting on weekly and monthly projections.
Ability to create a reliable budget as part of a professional departmental budget plan.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.
Well versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary.
