About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day execution of work of the assigned business unit.
- Oversee operations, sales, and accounting.
- Manage Key Performance Indicators (safety, financial expectations, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal legal requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
- Minimum of 10 years of successful and verifiable experience.
- Experience in outside sales and new business development.
- Ability to manage profit and losses as well as reporting on weekly and monthly projections.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.
