About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in the day-to-day administration of HRIS systems, including data entry, user account setup, and routine audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support HR staff and end-users by troubleshooting basic system issues and escalating more complex problems to senior analysts or vendors.
- Generate and distribute basic HR reports
- Participate in system testing for upgrades, patches, and new implementations
- Maintain HRIS documentation, including process workflows, user guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with HR team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Monitor data interfaces between HRIS and other systems (e.g., payroll, benefits) and troubleshoot discrepancies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in HRIS or HR operations.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
