Manage the O&M of the CEP for the campus
Review energy usage and implement best practices
Provide guidance on energy strategies
Manage the Central Energy Plant Operation and Maintenance
Ensure the efficient operation of the plant
Perform training for Plant Operators
Develop and maintain the Plant Operating Manual
Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities
Handle troubleshooting and diagnostics with remote support

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in managing multiple sites or facilities
4+ years of management experience in a central plant or facility
4+ years of experience in mechanical construction with a large mechanical subcontractor or MEP design consultant
Well versed in building codes and associated standards
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and able to handle ongoing projects
Verbal and written communication skills
