Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support coordination of recruiting initiatives, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
- Attend meetings, capture notes, and summarize action items and next steps
- Maintain project trackers and ensure updates are reflected accurately
- Partner with HRIS to assist identify key metrics to track through dashboards and reports
- Prepare summaries and visuals to communicate progress to leadership
- Support process documentation and standardization efforts across recruiting teams
- Prepare updates, presentations, and materials for leadership and task force meetings
- Partner with the business on third party staffing needs
- Assist in tracking hiring priorities by project, region, and business need
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, analytics, or related field (internships included)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (data tracking, reporting, presentations)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
