About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee all aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project, or a portion of an IS Delivery Project.
- Responsible for managing the financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors, Vendors, Client relationships and delivering a safe, quality outcome that meets or exceeds Company commitments.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning, Safety Plan review, JHA approvals, on-site tool box talks and conducting site walks with the Construction Manager.
- Manage the Project Budget and execution of the Contract delivery type - Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Lump Sum, or Concession Agreement.
- Lead in the Hand-off meeting from Development that establishes project goals, parameters and client expectations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering, Architecture, OR applicable field experience.
- 8+ years of experience
- Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.
- Influences outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, financial performance and client expectations.
- Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Procore
