Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee all aspects of the project including cost management and ensuring safe on-time completion under budget
Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning
Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal legal requirements
Conduct operational project meetings with appropriate parties
Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor agreements
Evaluate submittals to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications
Manage coordination of quality assurance and control
Conduct monthly project cost reviews
Manage project’s Accounts Receivables and Payables
Responsible for obtaining and coordinating necessary permits and documentation
Ensure alignment of project budget and scope through change management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience in large ($50+M) hyperscale data center construction
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related technical discipline or 10+ years of Project Management experience working for a mechanical subcontractor in the areas of commercial HVAC and Plumbing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
Well-versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
