About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for filling open positions by sourcing and recruiting talent of all levels.
  • Conducts all stages of full cycle recruiting to support the hiring needs of the organization.
  • Partners with hiring managers to define needs and structure recruiting strategies.
  • Manages internal and external candidate communication.
  • Researches, identifies, and utilizes various sourcing tools.
  • Creates and works sourcing plans, reports creation for management review updates.
  • Organizes hiring events and participates in job fairs.
  • Documents applicant reviews and feedback in the applicant tracking system.
  • Tracks recruitment KPIs, like time to hire and time to fill.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of verifiable corporate recruiting experience, or 6 or more years of verifiable corporate recruiting experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience and familiarity with full cycle recruitment.
  • Experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to manage recruiting resources, such as job boards, social media, and web crawlers.
  • Ability to recruit on a national level for positions at various regional office location and multiple project sites.
  • Willingness and ability to participate in all recruiting functions from job opening through onboarding.
  • Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques.
  • Ability to prioritize recruiting needs and accept constructive feedback.
  • Maintain confidential compensation information and selection decision details.
  • Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Versed in the industry and Company's competitors.
  • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
