About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for filling open positions by sourcing and recruiting talent of all levels.
- Conducts all stages of full cycle recruiting to support the hiring needs of the organization.
- Partners with hiring managers to define needs and structure recruiting strategies.
- Manages internal and external candidate communication.
- Researches, identifies, and utilizes various sourcing tools.
- Creates and works sourcing plans, reports creation for management review updates.
- Organizes hiring events and participates in job fairs.
- Documents applicant reviews and feedback in the applicant tracking system.
- Tracks recruitment KPIs, like time to hire and time to fill.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of verifiable corporate recruiting experience, or 6 or more years of verifiable corporate recruiting experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience and familiarity with full cycle recruitment.
- Experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to manage recruiting resources, such as job boards, social media, and web crawlers.
- Ability to recruit on a national level for positions at various regional office location and multiple project sites.
- Willingness and ability to participate in all recruiting functions from job opening through onboarding.
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques.
- Ability to prioritize recruiting needs and accept constructive feedback.
- Maintain confidential compensation information and selection decision details.
- Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Versed in the industry and Company's competitors.
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
