About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for maintaining, operating, monitoring, and repairing utilities and related central plant equipment.
- Complete preventive maintenance and work requests promptly.
- Monitor, operate and troubleshoot engineering equipment and systems.
- Operate, monitor and maintain Energy Management System.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with water treatment for heating and cooling systems.
- Experience using HVAC/Temperature controls, Energy Management Systems, Computer Operations.
- OSHA Basic, NFPA70E.
- Basic math skills.
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
