About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reviewing energy usage and providing guidance and best practices
- Mentoring owners on energy strategies
- Managing Central Energy Plant Operations and Maintenance with various providers
- Performing training of Plant Operators
- Developing and maintaining the Plant Operating Manual
- Coordinating engineering, procurement and construction activities with OMC operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in managing multiple sites or related management experience
- Well versed in building codes and associated standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- 4 year Mechanical Engineering degree (ABET Accredited Program) preferred
- PE preferred or FE working towards obtaining PE
