About the role
- Determine customer needs and develop project solutions for HVAC, Controls, Mechanical, & Electrical
- Meet or exceed sales objectives
- Develop multi-layer customer relationships
- Create a backlog of work to support short and long-term goals
- Manage 5-7 key accounts
- Maintain and update CRM software
- Generate additional work for Services
- Participate in relevant training
Requirements
- Ten (10) years' experience in HVAC, Mechanical or related sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals of over $5MM annually
- Proven track record of account management and retention
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Organized and self-motivated
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask
