About the role
- Manage schedule and time to acquire a knowledge of pricing for projects
- Coordinate with external resources, equipment vendors, and internal team members to ensure client requirements have been accurately documented
- Manage project information from stakeholders and ensure distribution to project team
- Conduct site surveys to determine existing facility conditions with a keen eye on the construction aspect related to project pricing
- Accompanies senior level staff/project manager in project transition process from pricing team to program management team
Requirements
- Four Year college degree
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from a four year ABET accredited university or related technical or construction management degree
- 0-2 Years experience
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills and aptitude
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written format
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines while on survey
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
- Passion for quality and client satisfaction
- Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment
- Well versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
- Excellent multitasking skills
