About the role
- Leads, schedules, and conducts site surveys to determine existing facility conditions and generate energy conservation projects
- Manages all aspects of preliminary engineering for projects including equipment inventories, energy conservation measures, scoping narratives, schematic drawings, definitive transaction document exhibits
- Tracks and reports project status, schedule, and workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Manages the project transition process from the pre-engineering team to the design team
- Ensures communications from team members to clients are properly documented
Requirements
- Must have a Baccalaureate Degree in Engineering
- 4+ years of related experience
- Experience with high level complex facility energy projects, with knowledge of Central Energy Plants and control systems
- Required experience in Excel and Word
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written format
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
