About the role

  • Design mechanical systems, components, or assemblies using engineering principles
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers and contractors on designs
  • Conduct field surveys to identify existing equipment and system capabilities
  • Produce design documents including drawings and system flow diagrams
  • Deliver concepts and designs according to project deadlines

Requirements

  • Associate degree in HVAC Technology, Building Systems Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 1-2 years' experience with building construction, especially mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or automatic temperature controls
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT
  • Strong technical skills
