About the role
- Oversee all aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project.
- Manage the financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors, Vendors, Client relationships.
- Ensure a safe, quality outcome that meets or exceeds Company commitments.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning, Safety Plan review.
- Manage the Project Budget and execute the management of the Contract delivery type.
- Negotiate and author vendor purchase orders and subcontracts to support project schedule milestones.
- Oversee the establishment of the Baseline Schedule for the project.
- Communicate and manage mitigations plans for all Risk Log items.
Requirements
- 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering, Architecture, OR applicable field experience.
- 8+ years of experience.
- Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.
- Influences outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, financial performance and client expectations.
- Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Procore
