About the role

  • Administration of Billings, Reporting and Collections.
  • Provides daily support to the Asset Management Team.
  • CMMS Management, Tracking, Coordination, Reporting and Communication.
  • Scheduling, Dispatching, Communication and Reporting of all Preventive Maintenance & Repair Work Orders.
  • Administration of Payroll for assigned EaaS Agreement(s) personnel.
  • Inbound/outbound phone calls and communication.
  • Data entry and various administrative, accounting, payroll, CMMS and Work Order tasks.
  • Provides outstanding customer service & communication to customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Technical and/or Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Experience in MS office, including Word, Excel, & Outlook
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Accounting, Bookkeeping, Clerical and Transactional Experience.
  • Scheduling and Dispatching of work activities.
  • Operational Experience.
