About the role
- Administration of Billings, Reporting and Collections.
- Provides daily support to the Asset Management Team.
- CMMS Management, Tracking, Coordination, Reporting and Communication.
- Scheduling, Dispatching, Communication and Reporting of all Preventive Maintenance & Repair Work Orders.
- Administration of Payroll for assigned EaaS Agreement(s) personnel.
- Inbound/outbound phone calls and communication.
- Data entry and various administrative, accounting, payroll, CMMS and Work Order tasks.
- Provides outstanding customer service & communication to customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Technical and/or Bachelor Degree preferred
- Experience in MS office, including Word, Excel, & Outlook
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Accounting, Bookkeeping, Clerical and Transactional Experience.
- Scheduling and Dispatching of work activities.
- Operational Experience.
