- Manage Service Project Managers
- Champion of project safety
- Total responsibility of executing a project through the project life cycle
- Ensures compliance with state, local, and federal legal requirements
- Conducts and documents operational project meetings
- Negotiates and prepares vendor and subcontractor purchase orders
- Performs project set up, job costing system
- Conducts monthly reports and cost reviews
- Drives cash flow by establishing front-loaded schedule of values
- Builds and maintains strong customer relations
- Collects payments and retainage, closes project financials
Requirements
- 4 Year Degree in Construction Management or applicable field
- Minimum 10+ years verifiable Project Management experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
