About the role
- Organizing and analyzing utility and supporting energy use data
- Interacting with clients, contractors, and engineers
- Collecting, compiling, organizing, and analyzing utility consumption data and rates
- Developing understanding of utility supply-side opportunities and procurement logistics
- Researching utility rate changes and cost trends
- Conducting energy benchmarks
- Reviewing utility invoices for errors
- Assisting with collection, review, and analysis of field survey data
- Developing and implementing IPVMP - Adherent Measurement and Verification Plans
- Assisting with the development of engineering-based energy models
Requirements
- 4-year degree qualification or equivalent experience requirement
- Minimum 2 years of AP experience.
- Thorough, organized, and with superb attention to detail.
- Proficient with computers.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
